Cooling artificial grass shed/garage
Enjoy a beautiful green roof surface, where rainwater is stored under the artificial turf and can evaporate when combined with the right turf and sand infill.
system
construction
Artificial grass often gets too hot in the summer, but through natural evaporation we can prevent this. The water stored in the BlueLay can evaporate through sand infill, cooling artificial turf and thus the roof on which the system is installed.

How does the Rainup blue-green climate system work?
Capillary irrigation, also known as capillary watering, is a method of irrigation in which (rain) water is drawn up from a water-storing foundation by capillary action and made available to plant roots. In Rainup blue-green climate solutions with capillary irrigation, water is stored in a water-storing Permavoid foundation in which specially developed capillary columns made of rock wool are implemented to naturally channel the water from the reservoir into the soil/soil. The capillary action causes the water to rise, after which it is automatically absorbed by the roots of plants. This results in a constant supply of water directly to the root zone. Plants are efficiently watered and develop optimally. Watch the journey video of Permavoid below:

Why would I want to disconnect my stormwater?
Stormwater disconnection refers to the separation of stormwater that falls on roofs, patios, driveways or other paved surfaces from wastewater that comes from household activities. Instead of releasing stormwater to the sewer system, it is diverted to other water management systems. The purpose of disconnecting stormwater is to reduce the load on the sewer system and promote sustainable water management.

Who is your partner Permavoid?
With climate change, the need to create climate-resilient cities became a must. That water management plays a very important role here is not new to Permavoid. For over 20 years they have been investing in systems and solutions that contribute to a positive impact on the climate. Today people often talk about green cities; we believe in blue-green cities. Without water, no healthy greenery. In the city, water can be collected anywhere: on blue-green roofs, under cooling sports fields, in front of healthy trees or at green infra. Permavoid has a solution for every challenge within water management. Rainup brings Permavoid's technology and experience to the private market and continues to innovate with Permavoid on solutions for this market.

one m2 blue-green garden equals 100 liters of rainwater
Depending on the system you choose and the composition of products, you decide how many millimeters of water you want to be able to store and what you want to use it for.
