How can I return a product or package?

We would like to inform you about our return policy regarding quoted and thus personalized purchases. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange these products. These products or packages are specially composed and/or customized for you.

 

We understand that there may be instances where you may not be completely satisfied with the personalized product or composite package you have received. In that case, we want to assure you that we are committed to resolving any issues. We are ready to work with you to find an appropriate solution.

 

We want to emphasize that we have done our best to provide clear product descriptions, images and examples to help you make an informed choice when purchasing your product(s). Can I return one or more items from different orders at the same time?

If you wish to return multiple products from different orders, we encourage you to contact our customer service department. We strive to provide you with the best possible service.

Through which transportation company do the returns go?

In the Netherlands, we work with the six largest parcel carriers in our country, namely PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and TNT/FedEx. For larger packages, we work with Ugema Transport.

What is the cost of returning a product?

We will determine the cost of returning an order for you after assessing the right to return before activating the return request. This cost will be deducted from your already paid purchase price.
