TKI Project CitySports is part of the Top Consortia for Knowledge and Innovation (TKI) program of the Top Sector Water & Maritime. The project focuses on innovations revolving around urban cooling solutions, circular use of (waste) materials and rainwater, and safe sports on synthetic turf fields. The scientific research was conducted by KWR Watercycle Research Institute at two locations in Amsterdam: the Marineterrein and V.V.A Spartaan.
